Questions and answers

How much does it cost?

We hide nothing: paid traffic management starts at $2,500/month — typically a percentage of ad spend with a monthly minimum, plus a performance bonus tied to KPI. That covers management of two ad platforms (e.g. Google Ads + Local Services Ads, or Google + Meta), a dedicated team across PPC and analytics, the weekly optimization loop, and tracking down to cost per deal. SEO is scoped individually. The audit that tells you whether any of it will pay back is free. See full pricing and the two tiers on the pricing page.

Do you lock clients into long contracts?

No. One month of prepayment, and you can part ways with 30 days' notice. Most U.S. agencies ask for a year upfront — we'd rather earn the next month by delivering this one.

Who do you work with?

Home service companies in the U.S. and Canada: HVAC, remodeling, cleaning, painting, appliance repair, plumbing, roofing, and adjacent trades. Current clients run from owner-operated businesses to companies doing about $1M a month.

Do you guarantee leads?

We don't guarantee numbers we can't control. What we do instead: before launch, we calculate the maximum cost per lead your economics can afford. If the market can't deliver under that ceiling, we tell you not to launch — and point at what to fix first (website conversion, sales process, or SEO).

How long until we see ROI?

Depends on the starting point. Paid traffic shows signal within weeks — our appliance repair client's cost per lead dropped from $96 to $22 in three weeks of weekly optimization. SEO compounds over months; our painting client saw 9× organic clicks by month six on a site built from zero.

Will I work directly with Anton?

Strategy and quality control are founder-led — Anton reviews every account. Day-to-day execution runs through our team of 12 across two departments: paid traffic (head of PPC plus PPC managers) and search growth (SEO specialists plus an account manager).

Who owns the ad accounts and the data?

You do. Campaigns are built in your Google Ads, LSA, and Meta accounts, and tracking lives in your GA4 and Google Tag Manager. If we ever part ways, everything stays with you.

How do you report?

Weekly. And not in impressions: reports show cost per lead, cost per qualified lead, and — where tracking allows — cost per deal, measured against the ceilings we calculated before launch.

What does onboarding look like?

Weeks one to three are calibration: tracking setup, campaign launch, and first real data on cost per lead and lead quality. Then forecasts get corrected against facts and the weekly optimization loop takes over. We don't promise results in seven days — we promise honest numbers from week one.

Who are you NOT a fit for?

Businesses that want guaranteed lead volume promises, can't take on more jobs (we'd be buying leads you can't serve), or whose economics can't support profitable acquisition yet — in that last case the free audit will tell you, and we'll point you at what to fix before spending on ads.
