Privacy Policy
Last Updated: May 15, 2026
This policy explains how Husky Digital collects and uses information from visitors, prospects, and clients who use this website, request a growth audit, or interact with our content.
1. Information We Collect
Contact information: name, email, company, website, and message details submitted through forms. Business context: goals, bottlenecks, market, city, revenue estimates, growth targets, and other information you choose to share. Technical and analytics data: IP address, browser, device, pages viewed, referral source, UTM parameters, and approximate location signals. Communication data: emails, call notes, meeting notes, and audit follow-up information.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to respond to requests, evaluate audit or consulting fit, prepare diagnostic reviews of search demand, paid traffic, tracking, sales handoff, and unit economics, improve the website and measurement, prevent misuse, maintain security, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
3. Tracking and Advertising Technologies
We may use tools such as Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, call/form tracking, and similar technologies to understand traffic sources and site behavior. Where required, users can limit tracking through browser settings, consent tools, or applicable platform controls.
4. Service Providers
We use service providers for hosting (Vercel), form delivery, email, scheduling, CRM, and security. Form submissions are routed to us as notifications via Telegram's Bot API (Telegram FZ-LLC), which acts as a message-delivery provider; we do not store submissions on the website itself. Providers process information only as needed to support the website and services.
5. Sale or Sharing of Personal Information
We do not sell or share personal information as defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act, including for cross-context behavioral advertising. If future advertising or analytics tools change this, we will provide the required notice and opt-out mechanism first.
5a. Visitors in Canada
For visitors in Canada: we collect, use, and disclose personal information with consent and as described in this policy, consistent with PIPEDA. Information is processed in the United States and via the providers listed above. Canadian users may contact anton@husky-digital.com with access or correction requests.
6. U.S. State Privacy Rights
Depending on your state and our business size or activity, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, or opt-out of certain uses of personal information. To make a request, email anton@husky-digital.com with Privacy Request in the subject line.
7. Healthcare and Sensitive Information
Do not submit patient records, protected health information, Social Security numbers, payment card data, or other sensitive personal data through the website forms. If a regulated data workflow is needed, it must be handled through a separate written agreement and approved tools.
8. Retention and Security
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, unless a longer period is required by law or legitimate business needs. We use reasonable safeguards, but no website or transmission method is completely secure.
9. Children
This website is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
