The skill is learned in months, the tools are affordable, and no license stands between an employee and their own business — so anyone good enough to be worth employing is good enough to work alone tomorrow, and the ones who leave take some of their customers with them. That means a scale-up here needs a hiring plan that starts before the campaigns do, not after. Get it backwards and leads arrive, work goes out late, reviews suffer, and the advertising takes the blame.
