Analytics and tracking for revenue visibility.

We make the path from click to call to booked job visible enough to make spending decisions.

By default your ad platform sees a form submission or a phone call. It does not see whether that call became a booked job, a quote, a wrong number, or someone asking if you're hiring — and it optimizes toward more of whatever you told it was a success. Which means by default you are training every automated system you use to find you more ringing phones, regardless of whether those phones make money.

The fix is the offline conversion loop, and it's the most valuable technical practice we install: capture the source and click identifiers on every inquiry including dynamically tracked calls, match them to your CRM by phone number, then push the status changes back — qualified, quoted, won. Now the system optimizes toward revenue. Off-the-shelf connectors don't do the phone matching reliably enough to trust when an average job is worth thousands, which is why this is real work rather than a toggle.

It also makes cross-channel comparison possible for the first time. Platforms name their units differently and count generously; a contact is not a lead and a lead is not a booked job. Once outcomes flow back you can divide each channel's spend by the jobs that actually came from it — and the ranking quite often flips completely from what the dashboards suggested. The blunt test for any agency: ask whether your ad platform knows which leads became jobs.

The gap is easy to see once you look for it. A cleaning company had no “Send Form” conversion action at all: through 2025 the account recorded only calls and local actions, so every form submitted on the site was invisible to the system deciding where the budget went. Once the action existed, March to August 2026 recorded 372 form conversions. Nothing about the marketing changed in that first week — what changed is that the thing optimizing the spend could finally see a category of result it had been blind to.

Next step

Diagnose first, then decide budget.

We look for the constraint behind booked jobs: demand, channel, website, tracking, follow-up, or economics.
